Receive training to help with your PCMH transformation 
and/or Prepare to become a PCMH Certified Content Expert!

October 9-11, 2017

The Alaska Primary Care Association is hosting a two-part education seminar by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) to help health professionals train to become Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Certified Content Experts (CCEs). 
The content for this offering is divided into two parts:  (Part I) Introduction to PCMH:  Foundational Concepts of the Medical Home, which is provided over 1.5 days of training covering the 2014 PCMH standards, and (Part II) Advanced PCMH 2014: Mastering the Medical Home Transformation, which is provided over 1 day of training.  Completion of both seminars, Part I and Part II, is required for participants to sit for the PCMH CCE Exam.  Please note that the NCQA CCE Exam must be scheduled and coordinated separately through NCQA and separate fees will apply.   
The training will be held October 9-11, 2017 at Alaska Pacific University’s campus in Anchorage, Alaska.  The fees for the program are listed below.  These education seminars have limited space available, and registration is first come first serve, however APCA members will receive priority in registering.  Registration will be open until September 18, 2017, and no refunds for cancellation will be granted after September 18.
